Donna Eden is the author of “The Energy Medicine Kit”. Donna Eden was born with a gift of being able to see people’s energies as clearly as we see the letters on this page. She uses some very simple pressure points, similar to accupressure points to rebalance our wiring.

The kit comes with a dvd, a book that explains what she sees and what exactly we are rewiring. It includes a crystal, and some cards that contain exercises. It also contains a cd. The cd contains things like what to do when you feel a cold coming on, or getting going in the morning or calming yourself or your kids. There are many other everyday things that and she gives ideas with what to do for yourself.

These are simple exercises. They would be wonderful to use with children and teachers.

She uses a method called muscle testing to demonstrate various energy imbalances. It is easy to follow what she is doing and just as easy to do the exercises.
